Chinese restriction on political contents on
Internet is not news. The latest release of Liu Di
who had been arrested since November 2002 for having
criticised the jailing of internet dissident, Huang
Qi brings the issue back to focus. What however
intrigues, is the interest China shows when it comes
to marketing on the Internet. Marketing its Internet
community versus Marketing for its Internet community
sure are two different things. I guess China is doing
pretty bad on the former.
